Galley Information

Catering for the weekend will again be provided by our in house caterers The Piggery. Anyone who came to our open in 2016 can tell you what a fantastic spread they provide.  

Food will be available as follows:

Breakfast – Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday– served from 08.00-10.00 – buffet of breakfast baps, full English and full vegetarian English 

Lunches – Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday– sandwiches, chocolate bars, fresh fruit, tea & coffee

Evenings – Friday/Sunday– available to buy from the galley:

Bratwurst and vegetarian sausages with French bread, pickles, sauerkraut, jalapenos, ketchups & mustard

Evenings – Saturday/Monday– buffet style from the marquee – pre booked only.  For competitors these meals will be included as part of the entry price. For additional non competitor meals please include on your entry form. Price for additional meals is £10 and must be booked and paid for before entry closing date of 31stJuly 2018.

Slow roast pork shoulder with apple sauce & crackling

Puy lentil, roast squash, spinach & ricotta lasagne

New potatoes with parsley butter

Provencale vegetables, char grilled and baked with sundried tomatoes

Mixed leaf salad with lemon & Dijon mustard vinaigrette

Crusty bread & butter

Chilli sauce and mustards

Monday evening menu:

Char grilled chicken breast marinated with za’atar and preserved lemon

Goat cheese and caramelised onion tart

Red, white & wild rice with dried cherries, fresh herbs & crispy shallots

Tomato, olive, Feta cheese & red onion salad with sea salt & olive oil

Baby spinach & watercress salad with lemon & garlic yoghurt dressing

Warm flat breads with herb oil

Beetroot & ginger raita and Hummus
