Prize Giving Evening

1. Annual prize giving recognising the acheivements of those that placed in the various series and trophy races.

This has not been held for 2 years for obvious reasons. Trophies will be given for the 2022 season only.

The evening is formal, dress code is black tie and is a sit down dinner with speeches.

Menu is:

Starter:

Cheese soufflé with beetroot, apple & celery salad (v)

Or

Cauliflower popcorn with tempura holy basil, tomato & tamarind glaze & Asian slaw

Main:

Beef bourguignon with pancetta, button mushrooms & red wine or salt baked celeriac (v/veg) served with fondant potato & seasonal vegetables

Dessert:

Chocolate salted caramel tart with cream & hazelnut & cocoa nib praline (v)

Or Pear tarte tatin with praline & vegan ice cream (vegan)
