Team Racing - 3rd Time Lucky! 14th September

Lets try again! After two cancelled attempts, we are hoping for 3rd time lucky for the Worthing Sailing Club Team Racing Event.

Last year saw some brilliant, fun and competitive team racing. This event is open to everyone (you need to be able to sail around a course safely).

No experience is necessary, it is being run for the enjoyment of all, participants and onlookers and aimed at members both young and young at heart. We will be using the club Picos and Fusions and everyone will be put in to teams. You will need to sign up for entry on the club website here, so we are able to organise the teams before hand and plan the event.

We are limited on both boats and time so entries to the race are restricted to a maximum of 32 participants, split into teams of four. Please come dressed ready to sail.

This briefing is really important as the course, timings etc will be very different to normal. You will be taking turns to sail. This year we will also be running some fun/silly land based games for those of you not out on the water. So more chances of winning prizes!
